Does icea have fixed deposit account where one can earn interest on a monthly basis?

I recently applied for a life insurance policy, filled a document for my payments through my bank and was promised to get my policy after the first payment though its now two months and I have not been contacted.
My payments however are going on since I had ordered my bank to do so. Besides the amount taken off is more than my policy amount.
How can I have the policy cancelled?

I would like to know about your education policy ?

Basically,how can one describe ICEA?
What are the daily activities done by ICEA?
What departments does it have and what are their responsibilities as well?

I have heard about that ICEA has unit trust fund,what are the requirements and interest incase i want to save under this scheme?

Dear ICEA,
I am a new policy holder.
Due to personal reasons, I have decided to cancel the policies with immediate effect. I shall apply for another policy if need be in the near future.

Please advise how to finalize the cancellation process.
