Hello ,I want to register and study, technician diploma in electrical and electronics engineering.i need more information.

I would like to know which certificate or diploma courses does someone with 4 passes (English, Mathematic, Geography and Physics) at O'level can do?

Also do they allow for progression to diploma or degree attainment?

Also avail me the fees and all other requirements so that i plan as soon as possible
