Taking Control of your Business
Vimax was incooporated in 2012 as Vimax Uganda limited then we later rebranded the business name to vimax Consultants. It is asmall consultancy team of highly experienced young and hardworking people who have been involved in, and advised, several small and medium businesses in a variety of sectors Accountancy and tax being the major Sectors. We are affliated to ateam of Auditors whom we always interact and do business with where possible.
Three Years of dedecated accountancy and tax experience have taught us how to spot weaknesses and strengths in all manner of businesses. We aim to assist the existing management in the long term to modify their business plan, strengthen their resources, and monitor and adapt the business towards future profitability by having aproper tax and accountancy base.
The problem with conventional consultants and advisers is their fees. We recognise that few companies struggling to reach or improve profitability can justify expensive, and possibly ineffective, advice.
Vimax Consultants have a completely different approach, whereby part of our fees comes from your business's future profitability. That's putting our money where our mouths are!

If not immediately, the business is likely at some time to use bank funding, and you will find good management accounting and financial controls set up early on will facilitate the banks' view of the company's credit worthiness.
For a small monthly retainer we will act as your part-time, fully qualified, financial director, help you develop the business plan and forecasts, produce management reports and run the business for profit.
Along the way are the many compliance and bookkeeping requirements that all businesses need, and we can advise or deal with these on a retained basis. This is preferable to an hourly rate because it is cheaper, more pro-active and puts us on the inside - able to share and deal with problems with you as they arise, without you worrying about how much it is costing you.
These will range from:
Companies Acts (annual returns, filing accounts and company secretarial requirements),
Income tax (PAYE & NSSF Contibutions, provisions, year end returns), VAT (Monthly returns, compliance with regulations and dealing with control visits by Inspectors),
Corporation tax (mainly computations and compliance although we recommend this is usually done by professional firms),
And by no means last:
Funding requirements, bookkeeping and payroll, credit control, supplier payments and cash-flow management and management accounts - We will help you to do this, and if necessary help you to source staff take it on.
