One Way Group of Company Ltd is a registered limited company Under Reg. No. V29001. Our Company is a commission agent and distributor of tubes and tyres in Uganda from local and international sources. We import them and sell to various companies, government ministry departments and non government organizations in our country, Uganda.
Our market place is in various institutions, ministries and companies and we do get big orders from government offices, non government organizations and private sectors. Right now, we have orders from the Ministry of Local Government and it is because of this that we had to approach you so that we are able to fulfill this demand with your top quality and long life products.

business location is Plot 10 Kafumbe Mukasa Road, Kampala city-Uganda. We get big consignment requests from our customers who normally want us to supply good quality products. As for the government ministries, we procure to their head offices who will then re-distribute to their departments in the districts country wide especially in some major towns. We have departments in our company that handle our business transactions, these include; sales and marketing, finance and administration, warehousing, transport and communication. These departments work hand in hand in order to ensure the smooth flow of our business. Once an order is made, our company delivers the goods to the customers who will receive and sign for our delivery note to acknowledge receipt. This is the manner of our operations and distributions channels.

3. Other relevant information;
The company has highly trained and experienced marketing personnel who move to various ministries, departments, organizations and companies to market our products. In most cases, all of them come back from the field with orders. We then arrange the products as per their orders and supply the goods at the same time accompany them with relevant sale documentations prepared by the sales department. The goods are then loaded into the trucks that will deliver them to their destinations.
The company keeps up to date records of all transactions of the business with its suppliers and buyers of its goods. This helps in tracking the progress of the business. When we commence business transactions with your company, we believe we shall do the same so that we have all the information regarding our business dealings from the beginning until further notice.



4. Number of workers in the company
The company employs a total of 30 people in all departments. These work hand in hand to ensure that the business transactions are carried out well. These include trained people in various fields, drivers and casual workers (loaders and off loaders).
