FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & ACCOUNTING

We deliver a whole range of financial management and accounting solutions. In addition to tailor-made solutions we offer three financial packages. Each package has a fixed monthly fee (starting at $199) for which we take over your whole administration. We set up your systems, register you for VAT, enter and digitize your data and reconcile your cash and bank. At the end of the month we deliver you a financial report that you can use to move your business forward.
DATA FILE SETUP

We create your accounting system from scratch. We start with creating a chart of accounts that is suitable to your type of organization. Then we fill this up with all your existing data (receipts, invoices, bills, etc.). From there on we can update your financial system monthly, so that you are always know where you’re heading.
VAT REGISTRATION

We have great contacts at the URA. We’ll get you a corporate TIN number and register you for the right taxes. Just supply us with your corporate information and we do the rest. Lead time between 5 and 7 working days. Prices start at $99.
VAT ADVICE & ASSESSMENT

In addition to VAT registration we can make a full VAT assessment for your company. Maybe you want to register but don’t know when to start. Or maybe you have the feeling that your tax burden is too high for your type of organization. In our assessment we check all your tax claims and liabilities to minimize your tax burden.
DATA ENTRY &
DIGITALIZATION

We take over all the data entry from you. We take all your source documents and enter them into the accounting system. We map each entry in the right place, so that no expense or income is ever misplaced. Before we enter your data, we scan in every document you have. This way you can keep the source documents, and we can use the scans to work with. Additionally, you’ll never loose a single source document. We’ll upload all of them in the cloud and make them all searchable. Your auditors and the URA will be quite pleased. Our professional data entry (accuracy guaranteed) starts at $10 per day.
PAYROLLING

We can take over your whole payroll system. You just supply us with the right information and we let you know how much to pay and to whom, create and deliver pay-slips and register PAYE and NSSF. Our payrolling starts at $100 per month, and is also including in our Plus Package.
FINANCIAL PROCESSES

For every company it’s quite important to have mapped out all your financial processes. We can support you with this. Based on your type of organization we create a complete financial manual to support all the financial processes going on in your organization.
FRAUD MINIMIZATION

Unfortunately, fraud and theft is quite common in Uganda, especially in finance departments. We can help you to track fraud in your company and can advice you on the systems to put in place to minimize fraud. By strengthening your internal controls and increasing your awareness, you can increase your cashflow and grow your company.
ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
