Chefs Catering Solutions IS a Ugandan registered company with an office at NAMASUBA, AT BAMAKO HOUSE immediately after FREEDOM CITY, as well as at BAKULI BASAJJABALABA BUILDING in Kampala Uganda.
The directors are local Ugandans who have had good qualifications in Hospitality management, food production spiced by good training in food handling and production, Housekeeping, Environmental Health and safety, food and beverage service, Front office management and customer care.
The directors have had over 15 years working experience in Uganda’s reputable camps, lodges and hotels across the globe from the lowest positions to management levels. This has built the company’s deep insight for customer needs in the hospitality industry.

SUPPLIES:
We source our supplies from reputable and reliable suppliers of food and equipment like, Shoprite Supper Markets, Game –Kampala, Chicken world, Quality Cuts among others with proven operating standards. However, vegetables and some fruits can be purchasedt from local suppliers whom we take through our standards of sorting, storing, packing and sustainable deliveries to encourage, support and benefit the local communities.
We mind so much about the safety of the food produced by adhering to the required standard of operation; maintaining standard temperatures for storage and delivery.

We recruit our employees from the local communities where project are being carried out with a few senior staff whom we may bring with us that know and understand the company operating standards. The new employees that join our team are then trained and oriented to meet our operating standards. We ensure that food handlers undergo routine Medical checkup for the safety of the food produced.
POLICIES:
Chefs Catering Solutions will comply with its clients Company regulations and procedures as incorporated in the contracts agreement.
We have formed and adopted policies that guide our operations like EHS Policy that provides guidelines on the execution of our tasks in a safe manner to both the employees, clients and any other personnel and our entire environment.
Knowing how contaminated food can paralyze any operation, we carry out Risk assessments from time to time and emphasize the standard operating procedures to be the norms of our operations.
LAUNDRY SERVICE department implements HSE (HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY) manual which describe in detail the company approved HSE working practices related to the work activities.
Moreover, all the staff is medically insured, and is completely aware of safety meetings, which form the major part of our policy. Furthermore, our company conducts regular surveys on safety work practices to promote, encourage and recognize safe work practices and performances by employees.

Laundry Services
Aim to ensure that the clients’ garments and utility items are being treated with the best care and according to the best practices of cleanliness by integrating people, place, process and technology, and thereby simultaneously delivering benefits to both our clients and the environment. The importance we give to our clients is derived from the belief that our image is reflected in theirs.
Restaurants & Banqueting
Starting from the conceptual and setup stage all the way to the operational phase, we excel in what we do.
We have all the necessary talent, know how, experience and tools to setup any food retail restaurant or concept to the best practices of the business.
With all the above and with the resources available within our company, we are always one step‐ahead of our competitors in the aptitude and skill to perform the job.
OTHER Services
Instant Cooking meals, where fresh quality ingredients and raw material are used to prepare and cook meals in large quantities that are kept heated and displayed in Bain‐Maries for direct consumption.
Chill Cooked meals, are prepared with the freshest quality ingredients, cooked to perfection, then rapidly chilled and held at below 3°C.
Below are sample Menus to give you an over view of what we can serve you, however, we can work together and tailor some menus in preference to what you want to be served.
In addition to the meals below, we shall serve 2 bottles of 500mls of Rwenzori water with each meal and packed juice. Tea, Coffee, Drinking chocolate, Milo and milk will be served any time.
