Dully incorporated in January, 2016 under the Laws of Uganda. Formed in 2006 by a team of 3 creative minds that had a dire need to creating a positive impact in the society.
The French refer to it as “Esprit Ensemble” or “d’esprit” whilst the English refer to it as “MIND SET” hence Esprit Ensemble Consults (EEC).
