All our Investigators studied law at different stages of their career development and specialized in different areas of Investigation, such as Insurance Fraud Investigation, Bank Fraud Investigation, Land Fraud Investigation etc. with a record of success in different tasks in their areas of specialty. SPECIAL INVESTIGATORS SERVICES LTD offers a wide range of Investigation Services, which include;
VERIFICATION OF LAND OWNERSHIP& LAND FRAUD INVESTIGATION.
We Investigate and uncover Fraud in Land Transactions, ascertain Legitimacy of Ownership and assemble evidence for Criminal Prosecution or Civil Litigation in cases investigated where clients are interested in legal redress.
VERIFICATION OF INSURANCE CLAIMS.
We investigate and uncover Fraud in Insurance Claims such as Collusions, Dishonesty, Deceit, Concoctions, Exaggerations, Staged Accidents, Forgeries in Paperwork etc all intended to defraud Insurers and compile evidence to this effect which enables them to take appropriate action. We also educate and sensitize the public about the benefits of Insurance thereby increasing Public awareness about its economic importance in enhancing social-economic development. This service of investigating Claims is highly recommended to all Insurers as a precautionary measure to ensure that only genuine claims are paid. This service also enables them to save the money that is always lost in payment of fraudulent claims submitted by the insured.
FINANCIAL INVESTIGATION.
We Investigate and uncover Internally and Externally organized Bank Frauds, Embezzlements in Private and Public Sector, Thefts, False declaration, Causing Financial loss, Money Laundering etc and compile evidence for Prosecution.
TRACING HIDDEN ASSETS, DEBT DEFAULTERS, FUGITIVE CRIMINALS ETC.
We Investigate and locate hidden Assets for Attachment, Locate Fugitive Criminals and Debt defaulters eluding justice and all other Wanted Persons and bring them to book.



COUNTERFEIT INVESTIGATION.
We do Market surveillance and uncover Counterfeit goods on market, Expired goods, Products with False Trademarks etc and identify Individuals and Companies involved in this crime for Legal action thereby protecting Local Industries and spearheading Consumer Protection.
FORGERY INVESTIGATION.
We investigate Forgery of any matter described upon any substance using Letters, Figures or Marks and determine the falsehood. We then assemble evidence to this effect that proves the forgery in question.
CORRUPTION INVESTIGATION.
We investigate cases of Corruption and compile the necessary evidence for Prosecution or any other legal action. We also carry out Advocacy & Civic Education through Workshops and Seminars in which we educate the public about the Concepts of Fraud & Corruption, Causes of Corruption, Effects of corruption in society, Benefits of curbing Corruption in an economy, Procedure of investigating Corruption and solutions to Corruption in Uganda. Since changing People's mind-set about corruption is the best weapon in the fight against this insidious plague, we believe that sensitizing and educating the Public about its corrosive effects on society is the way forward.
INVESTIGATION OF FRAUDULENT DISPOSAL OF TRUST PROPERTY.
We investigate cases of Fraudulent Disposal of Trust Property by Trustees and compile evidence for Prosecution. We also investigate cases of Intermeddling into the Estates of Deceased Persons under the Administrator General's Act and compile evidence for Legal redress.
INVESTIGATION OF CVs & BACKGROUND CHECK OF PERSONS, LEGAL ENTITIES ETC. (DUE DILIGENCE)
We do pre-employment verification of Applicant's CV's on behalf of Employers to pre-empt the common practice of employing unqualified workers or people with criminal records or questionable moral character. It's a common practice for Applicants to give exaggerated information while applying for jobs or to submit false documents to impress interview panels and get jobs applied for. It is therefore important to always investigate and verify all the information given in the Curriculum Vitae of an Applicant to recruit suitable people with the expected competence and potential to promote Employers' interests. This service is recommended to all Employers as a precautionary measure to enable them to avoid recruitment of Employees with forged Academic documents or those using other people's Academic Papers. It also reduces the chances of a competitor penetrating a rival company on espionage using his workers as spy agents disguised as job seekers.
BUSINESS MONITORING. ( DETAIL INVESTIGATION )
We investigate illegal activities of workers in a company/organization on behalf of Management of that Company/Organization, unearth Internal or External rackets and thwart criminal schemes of workers within that Organization/Company which hinder economic growth such as stealing Company Products by workers, Fraudulent billing of a Company/Organization by Suppliers in Conspiracy with Company Employees etc.
HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSE INVESTIGATIONS.
We investigate cases of torture, unlawful detentions, Child abuse, Domestic violence, etc and assemble evidence for victims to pursue legal recourse and get redress.
INFIDELITY INVESTIGATION.
We Investigate unfaithfulness in relationships and assemble concrete evidence to prove it. This evidence helps a partner in such a relationship to make an informed decision. We also do pre-marriage Investigation. This helps a person to make the right choice of a partner for marriage and avoid fraudsters of this generation.
PHONE INVESTIGATION.
We do Phone Investigation using the latest technology in which a Client can listen into incoming and outgoing voice calls of a Target phone, get copies of SMS and Whatsapp directly on his or her mobile phone 24 hours anywhere on the globe. We also provide Call Data Printouts of all Mobile Networks in Uganda as well as Mobile Money Statements of both MTN and AIRTEL UGANDA.
