Very poor services, cant diagnose patient, incompetent doctors who are just money minded
Very poor services, cant diagnose patient, incompetent doctors who are just money minded. I sent my pregant wife to this hosptial with chest pains and the first thing they did was to take an X-ray which can damage the developing babe. Which the results of the x-ray they said she had some fluid in her lungs and had to extract it, she waited for 2days with no attetion for this to be done. Later the someone came to peform the task and reported no fluids to be drained and she waited for other tested for two more days which she even never received but later some so called doctors came and told her that the person that tried to drain the fluid wasn't qaulified to do it and they had to repeat the procedure they immediatedly demanded for 420,000 ugandan shillings to do a CT scan for the chest again exposing my developing baby to excesive radiations which can result into disablities in the future. Today as we talk she is still there waiting for the CT Scan results and other tests. I personally feel this is 100% unacceptable for any health care and its a shame that nsambya hospital puts money first before life. Yes money first i accept and pay then you deliver nothing and pile bills on me. I am so disappointed and i would like to sue this hospital management. To add i even sent them an email days ago about this poor treatment to my wife and they never repied till now.!!!!!!!
