Very poor service
Transfers to mobile money accounts just don't seem to work at all times and reversal of transaction takes some hours.And Atm withdrawals also a problem when you travel outside the country.I had

poor systems
why do my transactions always fail? my account is debited yet the money transfer is usually not succesful. your contacts are either always off or never picked. the customer service is so bad
