• Bachelor’s degree in education, Teacher Education or related discipline
• Knowledge and understanding of teacher education system and teacher policies in the Ugandan context
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of education especially working as a teacher educator to build teacher capacity
• Previous experience of implementing a teacher development project
