I have received a MTN sim 3 weeks ago. It seems it was still recently in use. Not only do I receive many phone calls daily from people unbeknownst to me, but also the former user still uses the number for his/ her WhatsApp account. Can the number be blocked for the former user? And if yes, what do I need to do?
