Question for Fellowship of Christian Unions (FOCUS)

Hullo Sir/Madam, There's information reaching our desk that one of your members; Pastor Lakor Emmy Moore of Gospel Outbound International attached here in Uganda is misbehaving. He is, for example, personalizing church vehicles, he has also reached the level of personalizing churches- there's a church built in Pader district Lacekocot were he has built a church on his ancestral land, there's also information reaching our desk that he has also falsified several documents like land titles, among others. In Africa ancestral land remains ancestral land and can NEVER BE SOLD; unless probably a generation of more that a family of 70 agree as for the case of the land he built a church on in Lakor Okori ancestral land...this has also led the family of the same to get a Police Reference No. (SD/23/1/07/17- Owino Police Post) to charge him with a criminal ( receiving money from Uganda national Roads Authority and hiding with it from his family) and civil (frustrating Government programmes). A man of Christ to be behaving in such a manner MUST be dealt with. However ,were can one seek assistance regarding the above. Thank you.
