Question for PostBank Uganda (PBU) - Hoima Branch

I am Safari Butati,my question is :I left Uganda to USA two years ago ,and I left Mr.RUKUNDO ASIRAFU to look after my house which is in KATIKARA T/C Kisita Road behind Police Post,Kisiita S/C KIBAALE District ,now Mr. RUKUNDO is using my house as (omusiimbo)in your Bank.Which papers(documents) do you consider to give him loan ?NB:I have all documents with me .
