Question for National Water & Sewerage Corporation - Fort Portal

We paid for water installation on may 22nd 2018 in the names of kasooba John mark.
Its so unfair that we are still pleading for your services,but all responce is not giving us hope.
Now my question is how long do you take to offer your servises?
