Question for Housing Finance Bank Ltd. (Nakasero Branch)

I paid 300,000 shs. onto my son's account on the 5th of October 2019 but its not reflecting on his account. The account name is Nyanzi Ethan Ddungu. What should I do to make sure that money is reflected because I urgently need to pay his school fees.
The mother yesterday went to withdraw the money and was told there was only 14,000 shs left.
What should we do?
