Review Luggage

This is one of the most disorganised airlines. I travelled business class from London to Entebbe to discover no luggage at Entebbe. The airline assured the luggage would arrive next day. After 36 hours, still no luggage! They promised they would deliver to the hotel but was later told they do not deliver to hotel and may be in their main office.
