Review Bad service

I dealt with a person called Allan, he gave me the worst super custom I have ever seen, when I called to cancel my trip he refused to refund my money and is now dodging my calls, I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism in my life. You guys either need to hire better staff or close shop all together, I was and am still extremely disappointed
