Dirty bottles
We have stopped taking the beverage because the bottles are dirty near the bottle top, when you open it. I hope you have received a lot of such response from customers who are not contented during this covid19 period

expired products
I run a retail shop in Mbiko, Njeru in Jinja. I purchase coca cola products from a depot here in Mbiko trading center. I have two cartons of assorted plastic sodas which have expired. The depot cant exchange them and take them back reason given being that they are waiting for the company to instruct them to collect expired sodas. is this correct?
I don't want a refund but rather I want products that can replace the expired ones and I continue my services to the public.

Another fanta which seems also to be fake is on the market. It has a weird taste and the color is too light. It has a black top. Hope you get to the bottom of it otherwise it is awful

I love fanta without sugar. What I don't like are the retail shops owners who stock Soda and open after a long time,stock expires and they fail to realize, fail to report back and their customers complain.
