Review expired products

I run a retail shop in Mbiko, Njeru in Jinja. I purchase coca cola products from a depot here in Mbiko trading center. I have two cartons of assorted plastic sodas which have expired. The depot cant exchange them and take them back reason given being that they are waiting for the company to instruct them to collect expired sodas. is this correct?
I don't want a refund but rather I want products that can replace the expired ones and I continue my services to the public.
