Why have some of the channels gone off today on the Go max package that I paid for on the 10th/01/2023? My Decoder number is ********. Please fix this issue for me.
Is it possible to access gotv using a smart tv without a gotv decoder? When an antenna is connected to this smart TV all my gotv channels comeup. When a channel is selected 'NO CAM MODULE' message appears.

Please reactivate my connection. I paid for GOmax and I received a message confirming that "DStv" has received my money but I'm still not yet connected. When I dial *206# and check my balance, it still shows that my balance is -100 hence the reason I can't be connected.
