I opened a diaspora account and now I have issue with reinstalling equity app after sending the otp code then it asks security questions which I answered multiple times and failed .I raised a ticket for support from bank team plus sending multiple emails and no response to me and I sent my wife to Nansana branch and she was advised to call customer care number and she shared both numbers on WhatsApp they kept on telling her that I wait for their call up to now . I have paid school fees for my boys because I can’t access my account . Pls all I charge text me on WhatsApp directly or call me +******** , +******** my ticket ********-********

Its the most unreliable bank ive ever experienced, they make you waiting hours to withdraw your money and above that their customer care its amazingly terrible… theiroperations manager is so proud as useless to…imagine i keept coming over and over for the same service in different days and the result was the same… definitely a bank to be changed and i strongly advice you to avoid

Hello why can't I withdraw my money when I deposited a cheque on 3/3/2023 when ever I try to make a withdraw its declined what's the problem you are not picking up call nor answering your nails. Someone say something am tired of looking like a fool every time I go to equity agent.

This bank deserves more than 5 stars. Its the best bank that understands a common person. Treats every clients with respect and dignity.
I personally find this works well for me.
Equity helps me save money, and grows my money with the savings account too. Have been with them 3 or 4 years. Never had any problems . Highly recommend!
