Lydia and whoever else are rude and not helpful at all. How do you tell me a technician can only come in 3 days? After paying startimes? Totally not uninstalling anything to do with startimes

Disappointed
Why did you cut me off before my subscription expired. I subscribed on 12 Oct 2020 but last night on 3rd nov you cut me off. What's the problem.your services are good but when you start disappointing us like this I can not really imagine

Complaint on failure to getting a service
Pliz work on me ASAP i renewed my subscription but uptodate its UBC that i have. Wen i call it takes ages b4 am answered then end up off with money wasted and services not got. This is not right coz you people chose to serve us on pay not free of charge so wen we pay, please don't make us look like beggers. I heard its on purpose so that one gets irritated and ends up paying again but pliz. Its not funny

Complaint on failure to getting a service

Disconnection before the end of month
I pay ******** but startimes keeps disconnecting me after two weeks claiming that my subscription is over. Worst of all, my airtime is chopped even without being received by customer care. What is happening?!

I paid ********/- for all the bouquet but some of the channels are cut off and you waste a lot of our airtime minus picking our calla by the time you speak to a customer person, credit is out, its not fair.

actually it happened to me too today i had to load 5000 the finished all the airtime minus even speaking to the customer care am not happy with the way how you handle the clients you take a lot of time minus not helping us, i sent the mail in the morning up to now i haven't received the reply

Removal of channels when I paid
I am on classic package, and I talked to a customer care agent who told me ******** shs is for a week, but just day two and I can't view even some Nova stations that I should subscribe.
