How come I pay my money but still I can only watch UBC and I can't watch any other channels, I'm tired of having complaints everyday and whenever you call contact numbers, no one picks until airtime goes off. Please stop this ******** work on me asap

Urgent complaint
I have paid ********uganda shillings for nova,basic,and classic bouquet ******** but only the first two are showing and classic is not showing I need urgent help

Worst of all their customer service number will charge you more than 2000 before going through

Subscribed but cut off in two days
******** is my star times no. I subscribed just two days ago and now am off. Star times is so irregular. Pleas pull up your socks. You need to give better quality. I am also wondering why when subscription is off, you do not leave the free tv channels like UBC and yet others do? I thought those are govt free channels

Paid for 7days on Nova bouquet
I have subscribed for 7days on Nova bouquet but it is still showing me no access smart card no paired please activate it, card number ******** please help me to activate it for the daily updates

Technicality
Hello, first I would like to thank you for being a part of the TV providers in Uganda. Now my dismay is that after paying for the 26,000/- bouquet as they are categorized I can’t get the said package???!!! Checking for a customer care number, you r directed to people’s personal lines. I could go on and on but jus want fairness please!!

Not getting some channels l paid for.
I paid 26k for a month but today on switching on my decoder some channels just disappeared and even when I try to autosearch nothing changes which is frustrating.l feel disappointed with star times because when someone pays for a services he expects a satisfaction for that service. So l hope u read my complaint and work on it or else I will just get azam.code ********

Frustrated customer
STARTIMES/Card:********/kauzuka mark. Paid 20,000 in the morning and it hasn't been activated yet! This is very frustrating.With all that's happening in the country and then children being home, we need to get value for our money. This is the only time we are staying home and watching the TV we always pay for but never get to enjoy. Been reading various complaints on different social media platforms about the same problem. Please find an immediate solution and work on your helpline numbers too (they never seem to go through for some reason)

The same is happening to me. Worst of all their helpline is charged so they make us call and by 5minutes. Airtime is already done and cut u off. This is really something wrong. Pliz startimes ppo value our money the same way u want us to pay it.

Appreciation
I just want to appreciate Startimes Uganda for your services. With my pay of ******** per a month, I get quite a number of TV channels with lots of interesting stuff compared to other digital TV service providers, thank you.
